Job Description

The Organizational Change Manager will use change management principles and practices to lead and manage the change management activities and integrate change and user adoption initiatives for a large-scale department transition and transformation project. SALARY RANGE: 100K TO 110K Per Annum CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Required Skills/Experience: 6 years overall experience in IT operations with solid knowledge of change management. 5 years proven experience in change management, especially within large-scale transformation projects. 4 years strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. 4 years experience in change management grounded in ITIL principles and practices. Preferred Skills/Experience: 4 years with certification in change management (e.g., Prosci or CMAP) or equivalent experience. 4 years demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. 4 years managing ambiguity, driving through business challenges, with a strong sense of accountability. 4 years strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 4 years excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
