We're looking for a confident and passionate Insurance Advisor to join our team! As a licensed Insurance Agent, you'll be responsible for closing a targeted number of sales from leads, prospects, and policyholders. With access to multiple carriers, you'll provide prospects with the best coverage at the best pricing. But that's not all! As an Insurance Advisor, you'll also: * Handle warm inbound calls and make outbound calls to leads with ease * Assess customer's insurance needs and suggest coverages based on a need/exposure assessment * Finalize sales and coordinate collection of deposits while maintaining the highest levels of accuracy and timeliness * Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of insurance and underwriting criteria * We believe in rewarding hard work, so in addition to a competitive base pay of $41,600, you'll also receive an enticing commission. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * We will consider a variety of experiences to include current licensed agents, restaurant, car sales, phone sales, or any customer facing position that requires strong interpersonal skills * Comfortable making calls and talking to people on the phone all day * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers * Persuasive and goal-oriented * Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor * Eager to expand company with new sales * Self-motivated and self-directed * Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently * Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client * Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred * This is not a remote position.
