A well-established industry leader in precast construction, with nearly a century of excellence, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Winchester, VA. This key leadership position offers an exceptional opportunity to drive growth and success in the precast industry. Responsibilities: * To implement the Company's sales strategies and tactics which will result in the achievement of the Company's objectives and goals. * Responsible for providing the Company with information regarding competitors and competing construction systems * Responsible for providing estimators with complete and accurate job information in anticipation of receiving accurate and complete estimates * Provides feedback on company's position regarding bids and status with the customer * Consults with General Managers to provide the best information needed to establish competitive pricing at best margin Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a Engineering or Construction Science - required. * 3+ years of sales experience in precast concrete or relative construction industry - required. * Must be able to read and interpret Structural and Architectural drawings for buildings - required. * Socially adept and comfortable managing relationships at all levels in an organization. * Strong personal presence which conveys confidence in their knowledge and ability as a resource to the Customer. * Above average problem-solving ability and able to manage multiple priorities well. * Self-motivated and assertive.
