Entry Level Management Assistant Responsibilities: * Collaborate with experienced Account Managers and Marketing Consultants to understand our marketing and sales strategies. * Participate in daily meetings for product training, account updates, and brainstorming sessions to enhance consumer interactions and boost conversion rates. * Engage directly with select accounts in person, maintaining professionalism and adherence to CDC and client compliance guidelines. * Utilize our POS system to complete consumer sales transactions. * Ensure thorough product and service education for all accounts, addressing any questions or concerns. * Uphold company policies and embody our core leadership values. Entry Level Management Assistant Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or consumer-involved industries. * A drive for growth and advancement within the organization. * Ability to embrace a student mentality, welcome constructive feedback, and implement changes effectively. * Proficiency in both external and internal communication. * Team-oriented mindset, ambition, and a competitive spirit.
