We are a small broker, looking to grow our team! We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to fill the role of our Client Care Specialist. This individual will have a positive, client-first attitude, while providing exceptional customer service. Tasks/

Responsibilities

:

• Answer incoming calls and emails, as well as place outgoing communications.
• Adequately relay information between clients, coworkers, and carriers with the ability to respond in a timely manner.
• Understand insurance trends and rules to accurately resolve billing issues, update insurance policies, and make policy recommendations.
• Record all customer communications as well as provide follow up to confirm all outstanding tasks are resolved.
• Willingness/Drive to expand your insurance knowledge and work hard daily.

Qualifications

:

• Previous customer service experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive attitude
