We're looking for a reliable Account Manager to oversee cleaning teams, ensure quality service, and support client needs. What You 'll Do: * Communicate with the Operations Manager & clients. * Ensure cleaning tasks are completed to high standards. * Lead, train, and support the cleaning team. * Address client concerns professionally. * Clean Buildings as needed for coverage * Assist with hiring, scheduling, and supply management. * Be available for emergency coverage if needed.
