Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will promote our products and services, conduct product demos, and negotiate contracts while managing your designated territory effectively. Duties * Conduct cold calling to identify and engage potential clients within your territory. * Schedule and perform product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings. * Develop and execute strategic territory management plans to maximize sales opportunities. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service. * Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting on sales activities. * Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring client satisfaction. * Identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts to drive additional revenue. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. Requirements * Experience in direct sales, preferably in technology or software sectors. * Cold calling, and territory sales management preferred but not necessary . * Familiarity with CRM software is preferred but not necessary * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. * Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player. * A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets. * Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
