Job Title: Sales Head (New Business Hunter) - US Market Location: Dallas, TX, USA Company Overview: We are a global technology company headquartered in India, specializing in software services and product engineering company and expanding our footprint in the U.S. market. Our solutions cater to diverse industries, providing cutting-edge technology services, including Telecom, IoT, digital transformation, cloud computing, AI/ML, and enterprise software solutions. We're seeking a dynamic, experienced sales leader to spearhead our growth in the U.S. market by driving new client acquisitions and strategic partnerships. Job Summary: The Senior Business Development Manager (Hunter) will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities in the enterprise and mid-market segments. This role requires a high-energy, self-motivated individual with a proven track record in sales, business development, and client acquisition within the software product and engineering services domain. The ideal candidate will have strong networking skills, an in-depth understanding of the U.S. technology landscape, and the ability to engage with C-level executives to drive sales success. Key Responsibilities: * Drive new business acquisition through proactive lead generation, networking, and sales prospecting. * Identify and target enterprise and mid-market clients across industries such as Telecom, Maritime, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, FinTech and Technology. * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and market presence. * Engage with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, to understand their business challenges and position our solutions effectively. * Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure. * Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams to craft tailored solutions that address customer needs. * Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term business growth and customer success. * Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to leadership. * Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to refine sales strategies accordingly. Qualifications & Experience: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA is a plus. * 15+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or solution selling in the software product or product engineering domain. * Strong experience in hunting new business, with a demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and winning large enterprise deals. * Deep understanding of software solutions, product engineering, digital transformation, and emerging technologies. * Established network within enterprise clients and the ability to engage with key decision-makers. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with minimal supervision. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to align solutions with client needs. * Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
