REQUIREMENTS As an Outside Roofing Sales Representative, you will: * Serve customers by selling products and meeting their needs. * Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts. * Adjust content of sales presentations based on the type of sales outlet or trade factor. * Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers. * Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature. * Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports. * Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information. * Recommend changes in products, service, and policy. * Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions. * Maintain professional and technical knowledge. * Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales. * Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. QUALIFICATIONS * Must be able to lift 70 pounds. * Experience in residential or commercial roofing sales is a plus. * Excellent relationship and communication skills. * Excellent negotiation skills. * Clean, neat, professional appearance. * Must have reliable transportation.
