Your Role: Ad Tech Sales Executive We're hiring a Sales Executive with experience selling data-driven advertising solutions and AI-powered targeting tools in the ad tech space. If you're passionate about using data and emerging technologies to drive smarter marketing--and you know how to sell it--this is the opportunity for you. You'll represent DecisionLinks in conversations with senior buyers, helping them understand how our proprietary audience data and AI-powered solutions can supercharge their campaigns. You'll also collaborate with our internal team to shape go-to-market strategies, refine product positioning, and close deals. What You'll Do * Sell audience data and identity solutions to brands, agencies, platforms, and data buyers * Identify and close new business opportunities across programmatic, CTV/OTT, social, and direct mail channels * Collaborate with marketing and product to craft compelling pitches and proposals * Educate clients on how AI enhances our identity resolution, segmentation, and targeting capabilities * Serve as a strategic advisor on audience data acquisition and activation, especially via platforms like LiveRamp, The Trade Desk, and Meta * Build and nurture long-term client relationships through a consultative sales approach What We 're Looking For * 1+ years selling audience data, identity resolution solutions, or DMP/CDP platforms * Experience selling into the ad tech ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, CTV/OTT platforms, agencies, brands) * Working knowledge of LiveRamp , Epsilon, Experian, Neustar, or similar data onboarding and identity platforms * Familiarity with AI or ML-powered ad tech tools , especially those used for segmentation, lookalike modeling, or audience inference * Strong understanding of paid media ecosystems--programmatic, digital, social, and offline * Excellent sales, communication, and presentation skills with a knack for translating complex data into client value * Ability to work autonomously and manage a full sales cycle (prospecting -> pitch -> proposal -> close) Bonus Points For * Existing relationships with media buyers, data teams, or audience strategy leads * Experience selling AI-enhanced data tools or predictive modeling services * Knowledge of Snowflake, data clean rooms, or CDPs is a huge plus What We Offer * A high-value product with a proven track record and huge market demand * Generous commission plan with no cap and compensation tied to performance * Ground-floor opportunity with major upside in a newly forming sales team * Hybrid work flexibility with strong support and resources * An innovative, fast-moving environment where your voice matters If you're a confident, driven seller with a passion for data, ad tech, and AI , this is your chance to own a lucrative book of business and shape the next chapter of DecisionLinks.
