Our busy Allstate insurance office needs a bright and energetic individual to assist in delivering exceptional service to our customers and prospective customers. We are considering both part-time and full-time candidates to assist with our workflow. Qualifications * A current/active property & casualty insurance license is required * Strong communication and customer service skills * Ability to multi-task and stay organized * Ability to work well both independently and with the team * Technologically oriented to today's digital platforms and computers systems * Prior Allstate experience is a plus * Analytical skills to assess customer needs and market trends Responsibilities * Assist clients in understanding insurance products and services, providing exceptional customer service throughout all interactions. * Advising customers on insurance products and risk mitigation. * Processing endorsements on customer policies. * Effectively quote products with prospects and make daily sales. * Maintain accurate records and notes of client interactions and sales activities.
