Full description of the position

Our busy Allstate insurance office needs a bright and energetic individual to assist in delivering exceptional service to our customers and prospective customers. We are considering both part-time and full-time candidates to assist with our workflow.

Qualifications

• A current/active property & casualty insurance license is required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized
• Ability to work well both independently and with the team
• Technologically oriented to today's digital platforms and computers systems
• Prior Allstate experience is a plus
• Analytical skills to assess customer needs and market trends

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in understanding insurance products and services, providing exceptional customer service throughout all interactions.
• Advising customers on insurance products and risk mitigation.
• Processing endorsements on customer policies.
• Effectively quote products with prospects and make daily sales.
• Maintain accurate records and notes of client interactions and sales activities. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
