Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology sales and demonstrate exceptional skills in upselling and account management. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with clients, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, including direct sales efforts and cold calling potential clients. Duties * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product solutions. * Utilize technology sales expertise to effectively communicate product benefits and features. * Conduct upselling opportunities during customer interactions to maximize revenue. * Manage accounts by maintaining relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities for growth. * Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting on performance metrics. * Participate in inside sales efforts by reaching out to potential customers through cold calling. * Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. Qualifications * Proven experience in technology sales or related fields. * Strong skills in upselling, account management, and direct sales techniques. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. * Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales confidently. * Experience in retail sales or technical sales is a plus. * Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * A willingness to learn about new products and stay updated on industry trends.
