Location: Celebration, FL Potential Earnings: Up to $100,000+ Are you passionate about coaching and mentoring newer real estate agents achieve success? Do you thrive in a leadership role and have a strong understanding of real estate business development? This is a fantastic chance for an accomplished professional to share their knowledge, guide aspiring agents, and help shape their future. What You'll Do: - Coach and mentor real estate agents to increase productivity - Develop and implement training programs to help agents build and scale their businesses - Provide one-on-one coaching sessions and group training - Hold agents accountable for achieving their goals and milestones - Foster a culture of growth, learning, and success - Track agent performance and provide actionable insights What We're Looking For: Empower New and Rising Agents: -Provide one-on-one coaching, goal setting, and skill-building in areas like lead generation, negotiation, and client service. Hold Agents Accountable: -Track key production metrics, challenge them to reach higher, and foster a culture of accountability that drives growth. Leverage KW Models & Systems: -Teach and implement Keller Williams best practices, tools, and resources to set agents up for success. Remain in Production: - Continue selling real estate yourself and lead your own team, while having the flexibility to set your coaching schedule. Model Leadership & Professionalism: -Demonstrate integrity, empathy, and clarity, inspiring agents to follow your example. Cultivate a Growth Mindset: -Encourage continuous learning, resilience, and innovation to keep the agent moving toward their goals.
