Position Overview: As a Premium Flooring Consultant, you will conduct both in-home and phone consultations, helping clients design and select the perfect flooring solution for their homes. This full-time role offers a competitive base salary plus commission, with the potential to earn up to $100,000 annually. It is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who excel in customer service and sales. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct in-home and phone consultations to understand client needs and preferences. * Provide expert recommendations and create detailed estimates based on client requirements. * Educate clients on Spartan Floor Coatings' high-quality offerings and customization options. * Close sales through consultative selling and follow-up communication. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions, estimates, and project details. * Utilize a CRM system to manage leads, schedule consultations, and generate estimates and invoices. * Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: * Minimum of 3 year of experience in sales, customer service, or design consulting. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a keen attention to detail. * Self-motivated with the ability to manage a flexible schedule and work independently. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. * Reliable transportation for in-home visits. * Experience using CRM systems to manage client interactions and sales processes is a plus.
