The AT&T Sales Representative will also work to acquire new customers, demonstrate new services, and manage the customers account with professionalism. AT &T Sales Representative Responsibilities: * Inform customers about new products and services available to them to create the convenience that each of our customers look for when purchasing new devices * Present tailored solutions that best fit each customer's needs along with any promotions * Connect with customers by listening to them to understand what it is they are looking for in their new services which will increase satisfaction * Maintain an in depth understanding of our clients products and services available to each customer * Track products and services that customers enjoy the most to give feedback to AT&T and our top managers on the better What We Look for in our AT &T Sales Representative: * Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers * Ability to adapt to new environments * A proactive and solution oriented approach when working with customers and troubleshooting their questions and/or concerns * Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus * Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills * Ability to maneuver an Ipad or Tablet, and if not, open to learning technology devices Job Type: Full-time Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Shift: * 8 hour shift * Day shift Work Location: On the road
