SPICE WORLD Director of Sales For more than 75 years, Spice World has been passionate about bringing everyone to a world full of flavor, year-round. As a Director of Sales, you will have the responsibility of delivering the monthly/annual revenue targets as a member of the sales/marketing team. Will work closely with the Sales leadership and be a participant in strategy and tactical decision making. * Monthly forecast for existing business and forecast related to new business, promotion and special business situations. Validate forecasts are received and confirm production is planned when and if necessary. * Plays a key role in the implementation of market-wide or customer-specific price adjustments. Ensures that proper price controls are followed with the appropriate approvals are in place and timely system maintenance is executed. * May be required to complete or oversee performance reporting associated with a product launch and special event as identified by leadership. * Leads the sales group in support of the S&OP functions of, reporting, forecasting, identifying closeout product, tracking various performance analytics. * Manages the Commercial ERP system. * Performs other related duties as assigned. Education and Experience: * Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field or a minimum of five (5) years' experience in Sales Operations. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential. Abilities and Skills: * Excellent communication skills written, conversational, through technology and presenting. * Ability to work cross-departmentally and ability to communicate and collaborate with all levels of the organization. * Strong computer skills and demonstrated ability with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point). * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
