Sales Associate - Tapville Drink While You Shop - Oxmoor Mall, Louisville, KY Are you outgoing, self-motivated, and driven by sales? At Tapville Drink While You Shop , we're looking for sales-focused associates who know how to engage customers, sell craft beverages, wine, and cocktails , and maximize their earnings through exceptional guest service and tips. This role is all about creating an elevated experience that encourages customers to sample, purchase, and take drinks to-go --the more you sell, the more you make! What You 'll Do: * Sell, Sell, Sell! Engage with shoppers, offer samples, and upsell beverages to increase sales and your tips. * Deliver Exceptional Service - Provide a top-tier experience that keeps customers coming back. Great service = higher tips! * Work Independently - You'll be running the kiosk solo, meaning you control your own success and don't compete with other associates. * Promote Take-Home Sales - Encourage guests to purchase drinks for later with packaged options. * Operate the POS System - Accurately handle transactions and manage cash/card payments. * Manage the Kiosk - Open and close the station, restock inventory, and maintain a clean and inviting space. What You Need to Succeed: * Must be 21+ - This job requires serving alcohol, so you must be of legal age to apply. * Strong Sales Skills - Experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service is a plus. * Outgoing Personality - You must be confident, engaging, and comfortable selling to customers. * Self-Motivation - You'll be working alone, so you need to take initiative and maximize every opportunity. * Ability to Work Flexible Hours - Nights, weekends, and holiday shifts may be required.
