Full description of the position

At 24/7 SERVICE PROS, we provide professional Water damage restoration and Mold remediation services throughout South Florida. Known for reliability, rapid response, and premium service, our team is IICRC-certified, A+ BBB- accredited, and focused on delivering high-quality results in both residential and commercial properties. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building B2B relationships, generating leads, and securing strategic partnerships. In this role, your primary focus will be connecting with local businesses and onboarding them as referral partners, encouraging them to confidently refer their clients to our professional restoration services. Key Responsibilities: * Identify, generate, and nurture referral-based leads for water damage restoration and mold remediation services. * Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with plumbers, property managers, insurance agents, mold inspectors, and other industry professionals. * Develop and execute outreach strategies to establish and grow new B2B referral partnerships. * Represent the company professionally at networking events, industry trade shows, and community outreach efforts. * Collaborate closely with internal teams including estimating, operations, and leadership to ensure client satisfaction and successful project outcomes. * Track and report lead sources, referral performance, meetings, and conversion metrics using CRM tools. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or referral-based outreach * Proven ability to build and manage long-term relationships with business owners and industry professionals * Confident communicator with strong follow-up, organization, and negotiation skills * Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage a pipeline * Comfortable meeting activity targets and documenting sales efforts in a CRM. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regular local travel * Willingness to occasionally attend after-hours networking events or meetings.
