Territory Sales Representative - Waterloo & Cedar Rapids Meeks Construction | Humbled to Serve Are you a driven sales professional with experience in roofing, siding, windows, and doors? Meeks Construction is looking for a Territory Sales Representative to help expand our presence in Waterloo and Cedar Rapids. What You'll Do

:

• Manage and sell up to 100 leads per month (company-provided) during peak season.
• No door-knocking required - we generate leads through marketing efforts, including an upcoming TV campaign.
• Occasionally represent the company at home shows.
• Utilize our in-office estimator to keep you focused on selling, not paperwork.
• Work with cutting-edge estimating software, including EagleView and Hover, to streamline the sales process.
• Use a dedicated closing space at our Marion showroom to help clients visualize their projects.
• Work closely with the owner (who is in the trenches daily) and collaborate on leads in Dubuque, Davenport, and Iowa City when needed. What You Need:
• A proven track record in roofing, siding, and window sales.
• Knowledge of how to install roofing or siding - if you can explain the install process, you'll stand out.
• A reliable truck or SUV to start - after six months of strong performance, we'll provide you with a company-wrapped truck.
• Strong closing skills and the ability to work independently. What We Provide:
