Together Everyone Achieves More Position Requirements: * Florida 2-20 General Lines or 20-44 Personal Lines insurance license required * Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance (sales or customer service) * Allstate experience is a strong plus * Bilingual --preferably English and Spanish--is highly beneficial * Strong computer, typing, Microsoft Office, and phone skills * Professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others Responsibilities: Sales Agents: * Must meet minimum monthly production goals and bonus requirements * Responsible for servicing and retaining new business up until its first renewal or expiration date Customer Service Representatives* : * Handle incoming calls for Allstate policy service, coverage reviews, retention, billing, payments, and any other policy-related endorsements or inquiries * Provide a high level of customer support and satisfaction through timely and accurate service Compensation & Benefits: * Competitive salary + monthly bonus opportunities * Health, vision, and dental insurance (after 90 days) * Accident, supplemental health, and cancer plans * Up to 80 hours of paid time off annually (starts accruing after 90 days) * Room for career advancement and growth within our team If you're ready to take the next step in your insurance career, apply here or email your resume to [please apply online].
