EcoLux Concepts is seeking a driven and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our revenue growth through strategic sales efforts. The ideal candidate is a proactive, service-oriented sales professional with the ability to identify new target buyers and upsell existing customers to meet and exceed sales goals. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships , presenting our eco-friendly, high-quality concrete coatings and waterproofing solutions , and closing deals efficiently. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and engage potential customers in residential, commercial, and industrial markets * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business * Present and demonstrate our premium concrete coatings and waterproofing solutions * Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet and exceed revenue targets * Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution * Stay up to date on industry trends and competitors to refine sales strategies Qualifications: * Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or a similar role * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively * Experience in construction, coatings, or building materials is highly beneficial * Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to grow within a fast-paced industry * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated sales territory Join EcoLux Concepts and be part of a team that delivers luxury, durable, and eco-friendly finishes for floors and walls. This position is commission-based , offering upside earning potential, with the option to transition to a base salary plus commission structure based on performance. Compensation: $90,000+ at plan Responsibilities: * Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information * Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles * Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities * Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice * Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures Qualifications: * Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales * High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred * At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred * Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines * Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills About Company * Baucon US* , in partnership with EcoLux Coatings , specializes in elevating spaces with premium surface solutions.
