Key Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts within your territory, building strong relationships with business owners and employees. Drive sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets. Decision Making and Consistency

Qualifications

:

• Proven track record of success in previous roles.
• Strong, disciplined work ethic with a growth mindset.
• Willingness to be coachable and embrace continuous learning.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required in addition to 4 yrs relevant experience
• Sales experience and a health insurance license are a plus.
