YOUR FUTURE CAREER DUTIES: * Introduces customer to the Spitzer value price sales process and value statements * Facilitates interview, at a comfortable pace for the customer, to discover customer preferences, needs, and buying motives * Presents vehicles to customers that meet their needs and explore their interests * Offers customer involvement in trade-in evaluation, presents financial proposition, satisfies customer concerns and asks for the order * Conducts Spitzer delivery process and follows up in prescribed manner with customers. Follows up with customers after delivery in prescribed Spitzer manner to develop customer loyalty MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * An outgoing and friendly personality, strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with all types of people * Professional, ethical, and respectful * Self-starter and self-motivated * Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to follow-through * Proficient computer skills including email * High School degree * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record * Must be authorized to work in the United States * Dealership experience is not required.
