Job Summary
: We are seeking a detail-oriented Appointment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing appointments, providing excellent customer service, and supporting sales efforts.
Duties
: - Schedule and confirm appointments via phone, email, or online platforms - Conduct outbound calls to remind clients of upcoming appointments - Communicate effectively with clients to address any inquiries or concerns - Assist in data entry and maintaining accurate appointment records - Analyze appointment trends and provide feedback to management for improvement - Recommend additional services or products during appointment scheduling - Multilingual skills, especially in Spanish, are a plus for better customer service Skills: - Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage and assist clients effectively - Experience in working in a CRM and with Microsoft Office products. - Ability to analyze data and identify patterns for process improvement - Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are advantageous for diverse clientele - Comfortable with outbound calling and engaging with clients proactively Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
