Full time hours Paid training Advancement opportunities Duties * Prospect and Engage New Customers : Identify and approach potential customers in the residential market, providing solutions to meet their needs. * Sales Presentation & Product Knowledge: Present AT&T's products and services, including internet, TV, and wireless plans, clearly explaining their benefits and features. * Customer Needs Assessment : Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend personalized plans and services that best fit the customer's lifestyle. * Achieve Sales Targets : Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis, both individually and as part of a team. * Build and Maintain Relationships : Establish long-term relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention through effective follow-up and customer service. * Educate Customers on Promotions : Stay up-to-date on current promotions, discounts, and new product offerings, ensuring customers are aware of any special deals. * Manage Sales Pipeline : Utilize CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions to ensure consistent follow-up and timely sales conversion. Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales roles. * Strong account management skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. * Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs effectively. * Demonstrated ability in business development and lead generation strategies. * Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing sales activities. * Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service excellence. * Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently. * A valid driver's license is required for travel to client locations.
