Reese, a reputable company with over 80 years of experience, specializes in providing Roofing, Siding, and other Building Materials to Builders and Contractors. With 8 branches in Indiana and 1 in Kentucky, we are a growing company seeking dedicated and reliable Inside Sales Representatives to join our team at our Sellersburg, IN location. Responsibilities * Selling and processing customer orders for Roofing, Siding, Windows, and other Exterior Building Materials * Answering phone calls, making outbound calls, and communicating with customers through email and face-to-face interactions * Working hours are typically Monday-Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm and Saturdays when scheduled 7:00am - Noon Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Experience with operating PCs, using Google, and navigating websites to obtain information for customers * Ability to perform basic math skills with a calculator if needed (Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division, and calculating the area of squares, rectangles, and triangles) * Some knowledge of the building industry is preferred * Positive and professional appearance * Excellent communication and etiquette skills * Availability to work weekends as scheduled Compensation Starting Pay is $17.00 per Hour + Performance Bonuses are available Benefits * Time and a half after 40 hours * Auto enrolled into ROTH 401k at 1% pretax * ROTH 401k Employer match at 30% after 1 year * Profit Sharing when employed for 1 full calendar year from 1/1 to 12/31 * E.S.O.P. as part of the Profit-Sharing package * 6 days of Paid Holidays after 90 days * 10 Days of Paid Vacation after 90 days * 6 Days of PTO after 90 days * 3 Paid Bereavement Days (in qualifying situations) after 90 days * Medical Insurance Paid by Reese and Employee after 90 days * Vision and Dental Insurance offered, Paid by Employee after 90 days * Basic Life and AD&D for 100% of Salary after 90 days
