Full-time About LBN Love, Beal & Nixon P.C. has an immediate opening for a Legal Account Manager. We offer competitive pay, benefits package, casual dress code and flexible schedule. We collect for many clients that includes past due credit cards, auto deficiencies and student loans.

Responsibilities

: Review delinquent accounts and contact consumers with overdue accounts to negotiate payment. Develop and maintain professional relationships with consumers and ensure compliance with industry regulations and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Meet and exceed monthly collection goals and work towards meeting team objectives. Use a variety of tools and resources to locate and contact consumers, including skip tracing and online search tools. The candidate should be energetic, flexible and must have a positive professional attitude. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong work ethic and must work well under pressure. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Must be dependable and honest. Familiarity with standard office equipment, basic computer skills and ability to use a keyboard and calculator. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Must pass drug test and criminal background check
