We're seeking a Sales Support Specialist who thrives on collaboration, creativity, and making a difference. In This Role * Partner with Account Executives and customers to identify needs, analyze data, and deliver customized solutions * Address customer claims and issues with professionalism and care, ensuring timely resolutions * Identify trends in service and operations, and implement improvements that elevate service quality and efficiency * Timely and accurate processing of orders. Prioritize shipments, and optimize transactional efficiencies for smooth operations * Provide continuous support for customer claims and resolution efforts * Work alongside Sales Support and other teams, sharing knowledge and supporting key initiatives as needed * Represent Four Hands at trade shows, assisting with order processing and fostering customer relationships * Foster strong internal relationships, collaborating across teams to deliver exceptional service and seamless customer experiences * Contribute to special projects with management, playing a key role in the continued growth of Four Hands * Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications * Uphold the Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team * Be open and honest * Reach for excellence * Act with responsibility * Value the whole person * Enjoy the journey The Ideal Person * 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven ability to manage accounts * Familiarity with CRM systems and ERP systems * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel * A natural talent for building rapport and genuine passion for customer service * Confident, personable, and professional communicator who excels in both verbal and written formats * Resourceful and curious, always seeking new ways to solve challenges and present solutions About Four Hands Headquartered in Austin, Texas, since 1996, Four Hands crafts furniture, art and decor -- pieces that are all about creating space.
