Full description of the position

Full job description We are looking for a highly capable and motivated Civil Engineering Account Manager to work for a prominent Engineering firm. The Account Manager will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns, promoting the firm by networking in community, attending events and meeting with prospective new clients to build upon relationships. Required skills include ability to effectively communicate, create and develop new marketing concepts, and manage multiple accounts. Requirements: * Good communication and customer service skills (must be professional and courteous). * Organized, self-motivated, with ability to work independently. * Bilingual Preferred. * Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook. * Must be available to work flexible hours. * Must be available to travel within the State of Florida. * Must have reliable transportation. Responsibilities * Manage Project Contracts. * Prospect and acquire new business. * Maintain relations with current business. * Uphold the company expectations and standards. * Communicate effectively with inside and outside staff. * Effectively manage and plan daily tasks. * Willingness to help others meet common goals. Other Key Responsibilities * Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share. * Client Engagement: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and building relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and other key stakeholders. * Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service and support. * Reviews weekly and monthly progress reports on the status of each project and other outside Architecture and Engineering design efforts. Directs efforts to address trends and changes. * Pursue new business opportunities through networking, proposals, and client relationships. * Promote company values, positive culture, and high employee engagement. Skills: * Proven experience in business development, or account management. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and influence others. * Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth. * Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts with clients. * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
