Job Description & Responsibilities The Keyholder will report to and assist the Store Manager in day-to-day sales & operations of the store. This includes, but is not limited to: * Achieving daily & monthly sales targets * Executing Makers Market Sales & Clienteling procedures, including welcoming customers, assist with product selection, provide product knowledge of our makers, encourage customers to sign up for email lists to stay up-to-date on our store markets, events, and promotions * Opening and closing the store * Daily cash reconciliation * Receiving and verifying incoming merchandise * Execute transfers of product from store to store * Merchandising product as outlined in our Merchandising Standards * Uphold all Makers Market Policies & Procedures * Be a brand ambassador! * Other tasks assigned by the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and/or the Makers Market executive team Job Requirements * Must have a passion for Made in America and/or handmade products * Must be a self-starter with the ability to take responsibility and execute * Excellent time management and organizational skills * High attention to detail, reliable, and dedicated * Open availability preferred Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $15 - $19/hour depending on experience Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $19.50 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Shift: * 8 hour shift Application Question(s): * Why do you want to work for Makers Market?
