We are an independently owned Allstate insurance agency looking for a highly confident, self-motivated, friendly individual who is interested in an exciting career opportunity. As a client focused Insurance Sales Representative, you will be creating meaningful client relationships, and communicating appropriate insurance billing and coverage information. Primary

Responsibilities

• Establish positive working relationships with clients, underwriters, repair services, and the local community.
• Quote and bind renewing and new business policies for the office
• Assist clients with determining best insurance options for their needs
• Work within the team dynamic to meet agency growth goals. Ideal Candidate Traits

• Desire to interact in a group setting as well as on a personal level
• Background in sales is strongly preferred
• Cold calling experience is a plus Eligibility

Requirements

• Current Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Ability to pass a background check
• Valid Driver's License
• Authorized to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred Experience : 1+ more years customer service or sales experience preferably within the insurance industry
