Key Responsibilities * Process accurate and efficient sales and return transactions. * Demonstrate excellent product knowledge by constant training and learning through existing and new resources to maximize the customer experience. * Support sales team as needed towards the achievement of store goals. * Assist in maintaining visual directives and standards, including merchandise presentation, product replenishment, display set up, and housekeeping. * Consistently working towards achieving established store and individual sales and performance goals. * Outreach or clientele, via phone call or email, Invicta Stores related information regarding promotions, new products, or special events to increase sales. * Perform other retail sales-related duties as assigned by managers. Qualifications & Skills * Prior retail experience preferred. * Basic computer skills are required. * Flexibility in work schedule, including availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance being essential.
