Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a flair for engaging with diverse customers in a retail shipping and packaging office environment.

Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers. Experience with FedEx shipping and packaging a plus. - Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions for shipping, and private mailbox rentals. - Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and office organization. - Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities - Stay informed about product features, benefits, and promotions Skills - Experience in cash handling and retail math - Strong customer service skills with the ability to sell products effectively - Knowledge of technical sales is beneficial - Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
