Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales and managing client relationships. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage inventory while engaging with customers. The Agent will be responsible for both inside and outside sales, utilizing various sales techniques to achieve targets. Duties * Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach, including cold calling and networking. * Manage inventory effectively to ensure product availability aligns with customer demand. * Utilize software tools to track sales activities, manage customer information, and report on performance metrics. * Collaborate with team members to strategize on sales management initiatives and improve overall performance. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Engage with multilingual clients to broaden market reach and enhance communication. Requirements * Proven experience in sales, with a strong understanding of sales management principles. * Proficiency in inventory management practices. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Experience in outside sales is preferred but not mandatory. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals successfully. * Familiarity with software tools used for managing sales processes is a plus. * Multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. * A proactive attitude towards cold calling and lead generation is essential.
