Myers is seeking an experienced and highly motivated commercial sales professional (rockstar) to take us to the next level. Must be an expert prospector and closer, skilled at B2B sales, who creates deep, meaningful connections with prospects and customers. If you have a "seek to understand" mentality and always strive to solve the customer's problem- then this may be the place for you! This role is an outbound role and requires local travel within the assigned territory Territory: Manatee, Sarasota, Charlotte, Hardee, Desoto, Highlands, Glades, Lee and Pinellas Counties Roles and Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory. by proactively networking and prospecting to generate new leads. * Drive to locations within the designated territory to meet with clients and conduct sales presentations. * Develop and foster strong relationships with restoration companies, insurance agents, contractors, and other partners. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions within the company CRM system. * Aggressively meet and exceed assigned tasks and sales targets * Participate in and host networking and association events * Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery. Qualifications for the Ideal Candidate * Ability to identify potential customers, dig for the decision makers & grow your own pipeline. * Confident and outgoing personality * Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets. * Willingness to adapt and learn new skills and technologies * Proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment. * Reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. * Familiarity with the restoration, insurance, or construction industry is a plus.
