If you are looking to crush your financial goals with a group of high performers, apply now!Compensation: $42,000 - $124,400 yearly Responsibilities: * Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction * Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales * Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward * Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM * Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed * Perform a high volume of daily outbound calls to convert leads * Drive Houston neighborhoods and identify potential properties * Qualify properties based on condition, size, and current Real Estate market * Work closely with upper management regarding deals, and communicate properties effectively * Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices Qualifications: * 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred * Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed * 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired * Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments * Team player with a positive, upbeat, energetic can-do attitude * Strong written and oral communication (Fluent Spanish speaker a plus), must be able to connect with others and understand client needs * Excellent organization, punctuality, and time management skills * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced energetic environment * Represent full competence and knowledge of the current Real Estate market, with the ability to adapt to ever-changing market conditions * Detail-oriented and quality-focused * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) About Company Welcome to Luxury Homes Realty, where your real estate dreams come to life!
