We are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Onboarding Lead to join our team in our Austin HQ. In this role, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and executing global onboarding programs that empower new hires to succeed quickly and consistently. Your Impact * Program Design and Development: * Design and build a best-in-class global onboarding program tailored to the needs of SDRs, ISRs, and AE software sales professionals. * Develop content and training materials that align with SolarWinds' sales methodology, product offerings, and market strategies. * Incorporate modern training techniques, such as microlearning, e-learning, and role-based simulations. * Execution and Delivery: * Deliver onboarding programs across global regions, ensuring consistency in messaging and methodology while accommodating local nuances. * Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions to support new hire readiness and accelerate ramp-up time. * Collaborate with regional enablement leads to ensure smooth execution and adoption. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: * Partner with Sales Leadership, HR, Product Marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals and sales objectives. * Work with Product teams to keep onboarding materials current with SolarWinds' evolving SaaS offerings. * Coordinate with the Learning and Development team to integrate onboarding with broader employee training initiatives. * Metrics and Continuous Improvement: * Define and track KPIs to measure onboarding effectiveness, including time-to-productivity, retention, and sales performance. * Track and report on training completions for the full onboarding cycle of 120 days * Solicit feedback from stakeholders and new hires to continuously improve program content and delivery. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales enablement and SaaS onboarding. Qualifications: * Proven experience in Sales Enablement or a related role, with a focus on global onboarding programs for SaaS sales teams. * Strong understanding of the SaaS sales cycle, methodologies, and key metrics. * Exceptional program and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. * Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with experience delivering training to diverse, global audiences. * Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. * Experience with LMS systems and platforms (e.g., Success Factors, Litmos, or similar). * Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to evaluate and improve programs. * Preferred Qualifications: * Familiarity with SolarWinds' product portfolio or the IT management software industry. * Certifications in sales methodologies (e.g., Value Selling, Command Of the Sale, MEDDIC,) * Instructional Design and/or Adult Learning Qualification SolarWinds is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
