Position Summary

MKT is seeking a driven and results-focused Northern Territory Sales Manager to expand our market presence across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, and New York. This role is responsible for strengthening relationships with existing customers while proactively securing new business opportunities within the mechanical and HVAC contracting sectors. The ideal candidate brings a collaborative mindset and a commitment to supporting internal teams and fostering a culture of mutual respect, accountability, and shared success.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new accounts
• Maintain and expand business with current customers through consistent engagement
• Promote MKT's full range of fabricated duct products: rectangular, spiral, oval, welded, and specialty systems
• Track leads, opportunities, and account activity using CRM tools
• Conduct jobsite visits, attend project meetings, and represent MKT at trade events
• Stay current with regional construction trends, competitor activity, and market shifts
• Travel throughout the assigned territory, including overnight stays as needed

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in HVAC, mechanical, or ductwork fabrication
• Familiarity with sheet metal products and commercial HVAC systems preferred
• Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships and close sales
• Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
• Self-starter with effective time and territory management skills
• Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight travel
• Valid driver's license with an incident/accident-free driving record Additional Information
