This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to expand our national account customer base, with a focus on fostering long-term partnerships and maximizing customer satisfaction. Job Duties: * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to target national accounts within the forklift industry/systems/solutions. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in assigned accounts. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our national account portfolio. * Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, service, and operations, to ensure the delivery of cohesive and effective customer service. * Conduct regular account reviews and presentations to showcase product offerings and solutions. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and drive competitive advantage. * Coordinate with the sales team to align efforts across regions and provide support on larger strategic deals. * Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management. * Navigate contract negotiations and pricing strategies to achieve favorable terms for the company while meeting customer needs. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. * Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the forklift or material handling industry. * Proven track record of managing national accounts and achieving sales targets. * Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels. * Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions. * Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend trade shows.
