Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. You will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions.
• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, promoting products and services effectively.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, product features, and industry trends to assist customers accurately.
• Manage inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves as needed.
• Utilize retail math skills to process transactions accurately and maintain financial records.
• Exhibit strong phone etiquette while handling customer inquiries over the phone.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and enhance overall performance.
• Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a retail environment or dealership setting.
• Strong public speaking skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with sales management software and tools is preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate cold calling techniques and outbound sales strategies effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships with customers.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during the sales process.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or related fields is a plus.
