Wireless Sales Agent Responsibilities: * Provide personalized face to face product demonstrations to customers, designed to increase sales margins and enhance satisfaction. * Drive sales success by reaching or surpassing established goals through effective deal closures, handling objections, negotiating contracts, and upselling products and services to maximize revenue. * Engage new customers proactively, ensuring every interaction is positive, warm, and customer-focused. * Break down the key benefits of our offerings in an easy-to-understand way, making it simple for consumers to see the value. * Acknowledge and address customer concerns with patience, showing empathy while finding effective solutions.
