Job description JOB OPENING: Sales Representative/Project Manager JOB TYPE: Full Time - Commission based COMPENSATION: $75,000+ (potential, first year) LOCATION: Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex & Surrounding Counties EXPECTED START DATE: ASAP Triton Roofing & Restoration LLC is a consistently growing roofing company located in the DFW Metroplex. We are currently looking for self-motivated individuals with 3-5 years prior roofing sales experience that enjoy interacting with and helping other people. This is an outside sales position with a few hours a week behind the computer. Sales experience in the roofing sales field is required. Requirements * Running Vehicle (with insurance) * Smart Phone * Ladder (must be able to get on a roof) * Self-Motivated * Positive Attitude * Good Communication Skills Primary Roles and Responsibilities * Develop relationships with new clients * Manage and track jobs through CRM software * Manage job throughout the construction process * Manage customers' expectations * Run company provided leads * Generate referrals from existing customers * Self-Generate Leads (door knocking/canvassing) * Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
