Full-time, 1099 Commission-Based Position *Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Supplement Team Member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for interfacing with insurance companies to increase claim paperwork for supplements. Your primary goal will be to ensure accurate and timely processing of claims to maximize our reimbursement potential. *Key Responsibilities: - Interface with insurance companies to obtain necessary paperwork for supplement claims. - Review and analyze claim documentation to identify opportunities for supplement submissions. - Collaborate with internal teams to gather additional information required for supplement processing. - Maintain detailed records of all interactions and communications with insurance providers. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to insurance claim processing. *Qualifications: - Proven experience in insurance claim processing or a related field. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. - Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based role.
