We are seeking a Risk Department Sales Assistant who will play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and support. This individual will conduct brief financial consultations with existing clients, ensuring their financial details are accurate and up to date while identifying opportunities for additional services that can further benefit them. Key Responsibilities: * Engage with clients via phone to perform brief financial consultations, ensuring their financial details align with their initial onboarding. * Identify and recommend additional services that could benefit clients based on their updated financial status or needs. * Recognize and seize opportunities to better serve our clients and improve their experience with our services. * Maintain detailed and accurate client records. * Schedule and manage client appointments, ensuring timely follow-ups. * Communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds, including low to high-net-worth individuals. * Demonstrate reliability by consistently showing up on time and adhering to a structured schedule. * Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism in all interactions. Qualifications: * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Comfort and confidence speaking to a wide range of clients over the phone. * Ability to recognize opportunities for additional client services. * Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive mindset. * Willingness to learn and ability to adapt to training. * Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or financial consultation role is a plus. * Education is preferred but not required.
