Overview

CMLC Consulting LLC is a trusted provider of BIM, CAD, and MEP Estimation services , helping architects, engineers, and contractors save time and reduce project costs with expert remote support. We're looking for a motivated Part-Time Business Development Representative to help grow our client base and build strong industry relationships. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in construction, architecture, or engineering who enjoys connecting with people and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction, architecture, and engineering sectors
• Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline through outreach, networking, and follow-ups
• Present our BIM, CAD, and MEP Estimation services to potential clients
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Collaborate with our internal team to align client needs with service offerings
• Track sales activity and meet performance goals
• Participate in trade shows and networking events to promote our products and services.
• Track outreach activities and report on results weekly

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, or client relations--preferably in the construction or AEC industry
• Familiarity with BIM/CAD or Estimation services is a strong plus
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to dedicate 20 hours per week with flexibility
• Comfortable with remote work and digital communication tools
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. What we Offer
