This position is for Insurance Sales Agents based in the Sarasota area. Responsibilities

• Assess clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details and benefits.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings through ongoing training and development.
• Utilize company-provided leads and marketing support to maximize sales opportunities.
• Engage in outside sales activities, including networking events and community outreach.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy changes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and products to provide informed advice.
• Assist clients with benefits administration and claims processes as needed.
• Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and professional development programs.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal insurance regulations.

Requirements

• Active H&L Insurance License
• Previous sales experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is preferred for handling sensitive client information.
• Basic proficiency in technology, CRM systems, email, and virtual meetings.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
