Job Summary This position is for Insurance Sales Agents based in the Sarasota area. Responsibilities * Assess clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options. * Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details and benefits. * Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to ensure client satisfaction. * Stay up to date on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings through ongoing training and development. * Utilize company-provided leads and marketing support to maximize sales opportunities. * Engage in outside sales activities, including networking events and community outreach. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy changes. * Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and products to provide informed advice. * Assist clients with benefits administration and claims processes as needed. * Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and professional development programs. * Maintain compliance with all state and federal insurance regulations. Requirements * Active H&L Insurance License * Previous sales experience * Strong communication and relationship-building skills. * Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is preferred for handling sensitive client information. * Basic proficiency in technology, CRM systems, email, and virtual meetings. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * High level of professionalism and ethical standards in all dealings with clients.
