We are known for provide high-quality architectural services as well as specialized, quick-turnaround as-built and scanning services. With over 100 active projects in residential, commercial, and mixed-use development, our Architecture & Construction divisions are rapidly expanding in the Los Angeles area. About the Role We are looking for a high-achieving, motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to join our Los Angeles office, focused on selling architecture, 3D scanning, and as-built services. This role is ideal for a true hunter who thrives on generating leads, closing deals, and owning the sales process from start to finish. You will be primarily based in the office daily , with flexibility for field meetings and sales activities as needed. The role involves a mix of in- office outreach, sales planning, and client-facing interactions. Key Responsibilities * Prospect, cold call, and conduct outreach to generate qualified leads * Schedule and attend client meetings as needed * Present and promote our AEC service offerings to potential clients, including developers, architects, contractors, and property owners * Manage the full sales cycle--from outreach and pitching to follow-up, negotiation, contract drafting, and deal closing * Track all activity in CRM and maintain accurate records of leads and conversions * Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to align messaging and client onboarding What We 're Looking For * Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets * A true hunter mentality--persistent, self-starting, and focused on closing new business * Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing presentation skills * Familiarity with or interest in the architecture, construction, or real estate industry * Able to work independently while maintaining clear communication with the team * Must be based in Los Angeles and available to be onsite daily Compensation & Opportunity * Commission-Based Pay Structure (tiered, performance-driven) * Enjoy ownership of your sales pipeline, with the flexibility to manage your day for maximum productivity * Opportunity to grow with the company and take on more responsibility as we expand our presence in Los Angeles and beyond Job Type: Contract Pay: From $90,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule Compensation Package: * Commission pay Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
