About the Role
We are looking for a high-achieving, motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to join our Los Angeles office, focused on selling architecture, 3D scanning, and as-built services. This role is ideal for a true hunter who thrives on generating leads, closing deals, and owning the sales process from start to finish. You will be primarily based in the office daily , with flexibility for field meetings and sales activities as needed. The role involves a mix of in- office outreach, sales planning, and client-facing interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, cold call, and conduct outreach to generate qualified leads
- Schedule and attend client meetings as needed
- Present and promote our AEC service offerings to potential clients, including developers, architects, contractors, and property owners
- Manage the full sales cycle--from outreach and pitching to follow-up, negotiation, contract drafting, and deal closing
- Track all activity in CRM and maintain accurate records of leads and conversions
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to align messaging and client onboarding What We 're Looking For
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- A true hunter mentality--persistent, self-starting, and focused on closing new business
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing presentation skills
- Familiarity with or interest in the architecture, construction, or real estate industry
- Able to work independently while maintaining clear communication with the team
- Must be based in Los Angeles and available to be onsite daily
