We're seeking a Japanese-speaking Business Development Executive to help grow our advanced ceramic components business in the U.S. market. This is a strategic sales role with a technical focus--ideal for candidates with B2B experience and a passion for innovative manufacturing solutions. What you get to do:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the U.S.
• Deliver presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
• Collaborate with technical teams to meet customer requirements
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, negotiations, and closing
• Prepare accurate documentation and reports
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to leadership
• Maintain strong client relationships and clear sales records What we need:
• Bachelor's degree required
• Business-level Japanese proficiency (written and spoken)
• 2-3+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel domestically as needed Schedule & Time Off:
• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Flexible: 7:30-4:00 or 9:30-6:00)
• Weekends off
• Approximately 20 paid holidays per year
