Now, we're looking for a Sales & Operations Support Specialist to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. What You 'll Be Doing

• Keeping Our Sales Team Organized by managing schedules, preparing proposals, and setting up customer meetings.
• Making Orders Happen by assisting with order processing, so customers get what they need when they need it.
• Being the Friendly Face (or Voice!) of A Printer's Ink by answering customer inquiries and providing helpful, solution-driven support.
• Bridging the Gap by working closely with sales, customer service, and operations to keep things flowing seamlessly.
• Staying on Top of the Details by keeping accurate records in our CRM, track inventory, and help with procurement.
• Keeping the Office Stocked & Ready by making sure supplies are always on hand so our team can keep creating amazing work.

What You Bring

to the Table

• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or operations is a plus!
• Experience with FedEx/UPS/Shipping software is a bonus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint & Excel) and CRM software required.
• Organizational, multitasking, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
