Sewer and Drain Specialist Responsibilities: * Deliver enthusiastic, positive, and professional customer service on every call * Build strong, long-lasting relationships with both vendors and customers * Provide personalized options to customers, helping them make the best choices for their homes and families * Achieve technical excellence in all tasks, upholding our strong warranties and guarantees * Use specialized camera equipment to accurately diagnose and identify plumbing system issues * Compile comprehensive parts lists for the Installation Team to ensure efficient project completion * Guide customers in selecting the best plumbing solutions that meet their unique needs * Collaborate with our customer service team to resolve any post-sale issues or concerns * Enjoy working with a talented and energetic team dedicated to providing out-of-this-world service!
